The planners were very happy with KTA’s architectural design for our client, so building work started quickly with no delays.
We needed to remove the roof from the porch and install steel beams to support the balcony.
Our client loves their new balcony which overlooks Loughton Lodge Lake in Milton Keynes. Perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and gazing out over the lake after a busy day.
